Best YouTube Content Agencies for Personal Brands and Founders
Building a YouTube channel as a founder is a fundamentally different game than building one for a company. You ARE the content. Your face, your voice, your expertise — that's what people subscribe for. And that changes everything about what you need from an agency.
A corporate YouTube agency can swap in any presenter or use actors. A personal-brand agency can't. They need to capture your thinking, your delivery style, and build a system that produces great content while eating up as little of your time as possible. The best agencies in this space get you down to 60–90 minutes a week of recording and handle literally everything else.
I crowdsourced 376 recommendations across LinkedIn and X, visited every website, and picked these 13 specifically for founders and personal brands.

1. Dragonfruit Media
dragonfruitmedia.co · YouTube-only
If you want the agency that manages the biggest names on YouTube, this is it. Dragonfruit's client roster: Ali Abdaal (6.56M subscribers), Beast Philanthropy (29.3M), Chris Williamson (4.17M), Mike Posner (3.59M), Dr. Ben Winters (8.51M), Matt Steffanina (15.3M), Neil Patel (1.56M), Codie Sanchez (2.13M), Mark Manson (3M). That's 13M+ subscribers under management and billions of organic views.
They do strategy, research, scripting, filming support, editing, and publishing — YouTube-only, no multi-platform. The client is on camera, always. They're mentioned by three people in my crowdsource, and their positioning makes YouTube's superiority over Instagram and TikTok a core part of the pitch.
No pricing published. Booking is via a 20-minute Calendly call with limited slots. If you're an established expert or creator looking for the top tier, this is the name.
2. Carlos Magno
carlosmagno.me · Contact: Carlos Magno · FL, United States
Carlos isn't an agency — he's a solo consultant who builds repeatable YouTube systems for founder-led brands. His track record: he grew Neil Patel's channel from 200K to 1M+ subscribers and 26M+ views, and served as CEO of Ubersuggest (generating $80M+ in revenue). Neil Patel himself gives a testimonial on the site.
His 4-step framework — Signal (market analysis), Packaging (titles/thumbnails), Retention (hooks/structure), Scale (hand the system off to your team) — is designed to make himself unnecessary. He builds the machine, teaches your team to run it, and moves on. That's the opposite of a retainer-locked agency relationship.
He's selective and high-touch. No published pricing — likely custom-quoted consulting engagements. Two people recommended him in my crowdsource. Best for established founders who want a system, not a service.
3. allegory1
allegory1.com · Contact: Pierre François · United States
allegory1's client roster speaks for itself: Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, Noah Kagan, Tim Ferriss, Nick DiGiovanni, Think Media. Pierre François claims 250M+ long-form YouTube views generated between October 2023 and January 2025. That's a staggering output in 15 months.
They operate as a media-team-as-a-service — embedded with the creator, running daily feedback loops, handling scriptwriting, editing, thumbnails, motion graphics, and short-form. It's designed to feel like your own internal team rather than an outsourced vendor.
One important caveat: the public website at allegory1.com is actually a careers page, not a client-facing site. They appear to market entirely through founder relationships, not a public sales funnel. If you can get in, the work speaks for itself. Two recommendations in my crowdsource.
4. Views To Clients
viewstoclients.com · Contact: Jake Trinder · United Kingdom
Views To Clients is the most revenue-focused agency on this list. Their case studies don't talk about views — they talk about money. Sam Piliero: $300K+/month YouTube-driven revenue, $100K in 24 hours from a Skool community launch. Leevi Eerola: $1M/year from only 10,000 subscribers (one of the highest revenue-per-subscriber ratios I've seen). GlenCoco: $1M+ from 12 videos in 6 months.
Jake Trinder also manages YouTube for Gary Vee, Manychat, and Instantly AI — so the range spans creators to SaaS. Their proprietary AI research system drives the title, thumbnail, and topic decisions. And they offer a performance guarantee: "or you don't pay."
The engagement is application-gated with limited monthly intake. One recommendation in my crowdsource, but the case study depth compensates.
5. TikScale
tikscale.net · Contact: Ayman Arab · Dubai / Montreal
Ayman Arab was the most-tagged person when I asked X for YouTube agency recommendations — 8 independent people vouched for him. His agency, TikScale, charges $5K/month for 4 videos with full done-for-you service: ideation, scripting, editing, thumbnails, and posting.
The unique angle: one client per niche. They won't take on your competitor. Every client gets custom research and a bespoke strategy — no cookie-cutter templates. Their revenue proof is aggressive: Daniel Fazio generates $400K/month from YouTube organic (tracked with Hyros), Eddie Cumberbatch went from $54K to $428K/month in four months with $1.8M in attributed revenue.
The website is JS-rendered and looks blank to crawlers, but the content underneath is substantial. They also work with SaaS (Kleo.so, Listkit.io) but the core client base is coaches, consultants, and high-ticket offer owners.
6. CreoSocial
creosocial.net · Contact: Steven Baterina · Hamilton, Canada
CreoSocial serves personal brands and athletes — not the typical founder-brand agency mix. Their clients include Chase Dimond, Kenny Florian (UFC), Tracy McGrady, Danny Green (29.5M cross-platform followers), and Hasbulla Magomedov. They also work with agency CEOs and business founders.
The numbers: Alex Beck reports "$40,000 per YouTube video" in revenue. Jordan Pham generated "7 figures from YouTube." Kenny Florian went from 6–9K to 125K views on his first video with them. The production cycle is 10 days from ideation to publish, with unlimited revisions, and they ask for just 2–3 hours per month of your time.
Four recommendations across LinkedIn and X. Steven Baterina (co-founder) was also actively engaging in both my LinkedIn and X threads — he's clearly in the mix and easy to reach. No published pricing.
7. Personal Brand Builders
personalbrand.builders · Contact: Sam P Dunn · United Kingdom
Personal Brand Builders has the most interesting credibility move I've seen: before asking clients to trust them, the founders built a proof-of-concept channel from scratch — 9 videos, 4 months, $10K/month profit — to demonstrate that personal branding is "a repeatable science, not luck." They show the Stripe and YouTube API data right on their website.
The broader numbers: $5.6M in tracked pipeline built for clients, 250M B2B views generated. One YouTube video produced 1,123 pre-qualified email subscribers via a lead magnet. Another single video attracted 947 job applicants in 24 hours, leading to 5 hires.
They position as a "fractional YouTube team" — you record, they run the channel. Worked alongside Mark Tilbury (8.5M subs), Jack Hopkins (210K subs), and Iman Gadzhi (5.96M subs). Application-gated with a 20-minute fit call.
8. KS Media
ks-media.co · Contact: Samu Kovács · Hungary
KS Media is primarily a B2B SaaS agency (they're #1 on my SaaS list), but their model is inherently founder-led: every client is a founder appearing on their own channel. If you're a SaaS founder building a personal brand through your product content, this is where SaaS expertise and personal-brand YouTube intersect.
Forty-five channels running, 12 independent recommendations (the most of any agency), and revenue-attributed proof: $250K pipeline from 5 videos, $66K deal closed, 30+ booked calls per month. Your commitment: 2–3 hours of recording per month.
The SaaS focus means they understand product-market positioning, competitive differentiation, and how to turn technical knowledge into compelling YouTube content — which is exactly what a founder's personal brand needs.
9. Playstack
playstack.co · Contact: Milan Smets · Vietnam (remote)
Playstack has served 500+ channels across verticals, and their pricing transparency makes them the best option for founders who want to test the waters. Start with a $500 channel audit. If it looks promising, move to $4K coaching for 3 months. Ready to go all-in? $3,500+/month for done-with-you, or $9,000+ for a fractional team.
Revenue proof for founder channels: Mike Davison (real estate) attributes "$1.5M–2M in villa deals" directly to YouTube. BikeLabHQ does $150K/month in sales. Triathlon Mike tracks $50K in direct sales per video. The growth guarantee — a free extra month if results don't materialize by month 3 — lowers the risk further.
Milan Smets (founder) personally manages 30+ channels, has 1M+ subscribers on his own content, and is a VidCon speaker. Five recommendations in my crowdsource.
10. Decima Labs
decimalabs.com/youtube · Contact: Alex Oztop
Decima Labs has a split personality — the main site is a DTC ecommerce ad creative agency, but their `/youtube` page reveals a separate B2B YouTube service for personal brand founders. The YouTube arm runs a 90-day program: weekly long-form videos plus daily short-form clips, with the founder on camera and the agency handling everything else.
The case studies are solid. Fraser Cottrell grew from 2,500 to 30,000 subscribers and from $65K to $200K/month revenue in 12 months. Dara Denney went from 125K to 140K subs. Clifton Sellers launched from zero and hit 79K+ views on his second video. Janson Smith grew from 14K to 23K subscribers.
One recommendation on X (from Matt Lady). The dual-business structure is unusual, but the YouTube arm has the proof to stand on its own.
11. Breakout Company
breakout.company · Contact: Aadil Verma
The Breakout Company's pitch rests on one massive number: they helped Ankur Warikoo grow from 7,000 to 7 million YouTube subscribers. That's among the largest subscriber growth claims in this entire research. They also work with Vaibhav Sisinty (100K to ~900K subs, currently active) and Scaler, a $400M EdTech company.
Three co-founders (Rishwajeet Singh, Aadil Verma, Shaurya Shikhar) — small, hands-on, "founder-led with every channel." They do YouTube and Instagram, end-to-end. The company is India-based, which likely makes them more affordable than US/UK agencies.
One caveat: the website's "THE ROSTER" section is currently empty — no client names or metrics visible on the site itself. The proof comes from Aadil's direct communication. Worth verifying the Warikoo claim independently (his YouTube channel is public).
12. One Billion Media
onebillionmedia.com · Contact: Sam Ocean · United States
⚠️ Health and wellness founders only. If that's your niche, there's nothing more specialized. If it's not, skip to the next entry.
One Billion Media is YouTube-only and works exclusively with health/wellness brands. Dave Asprey (Father of Biohacking) grew from 64K to 204K subscribers in 12 months. Dr. David Jockers averages 192K views per video. Paul Saladino MD has over 1M subscribers and 300M+ views. The team includes people with actual medical degrees, and they handle FTC/FDA compliance for health claims.
Their "belief chain" content architecture turns skeptical health consumers into buyers through sequenced educational content — explicitly tied to lowering customer acquisition costs. Seven recommendations in my crowdsource. Application-gated, no public pricing.
13. Channel Craft Agency
channelcraftagency.com · Contact: Kevin Jon
Channel Craft has the boldest guarantee on this list: 1,000,000 views within 6 months, or a full refund. No other agency puts that kind of skin in the game.
Their biggest result: they grew the Megalomedia finance channel from zero to 240,000+ subscribers with multiple videos crossing 1M views — and the channel was eventually sold to a private equity investor. Another unnamed offshore tax/wealth client reached 1.2M subscribers, generating 150 qualified leads per month.
They also do LinkedIn and Instagram alongside YouTube, and they position around AI-search/LLM visibility (getting recommended by ChatGPT and Gemini, not just ranked on Google). They offer a free trial week, which lowers the barrier to testing them. The guarantee alone makes them worth a conversation.
A note on accuracy
I did my best to verify every claim by checking each agency's website, LinkedIn presence, and the recommendations people left in my posts. But things change — agencies take on new clients, update their pricing, or pivot their focus.
If your agency is listed here and any of the bullet points aren't factually correct, please reach out and let me know. I'll update the article.
And if you've worked with any of these agencies — as a client, not as a friend — I'd love to hear about your experience. What went well, what didn't, whether you'd recommend them. That kind of first-hand feedback is worth more than anything I can find on a website. Drop me a line.
AND PLEASE DO NOT PITCH ME YOUR OWN AGENCY TO BE ADDED TO THIS LIST!
